Description: Initially bitter on the palate, it is clearly youthful, with a transition into spice and then sweetness that gives a warm hug right away. The nose is complex and gives hope that the bottle will open up in the future. I was expecting a bit more from a private selection. It's not bad, but it’s not great. The high proof helps it maintain a level of complexity despite its youthful nature
